I was so lucky to receive a Holiday Vox Box from Influenster! My favorite item inside was this Quaker Real Medley's Oatmeal! I received the peach and almond flavor in my box, it was absolutely delish! I am usually very apprehensive about being oatmeal with "real fruit" in it because the fruit, even reconstituted, ends up tasting extremely artificial, oversweetened, and has a not so great texture, but the peaches in this tasted fresh and delicious, they even seemed juicy. I shared my cup of oatmeal with my 12 month old, and he pretty much took it over after a few bites. He loooves fresh peaches but will not touch peach flavored things, peach baby food, nothing, so I was excited that he liked this.
We went to the store and bought a few more flavors to try, I was very interested in these two.
Greyson decided he wanted to try the Summer Berry flavor, he was a little skeptical at first, but after one blueberry he was hooked. So was I! I loved the berries and the overall flavor.
The Cherry Pistachio flavor will be my breakfast tomorrow, can't wait to try it!
